How to purchase from your online store?

Simply, check the items you are interested in, and send  us an email with the products numbers or category name that you are interested in ordering, then our sales department will contact you within 12 hours in order to send you the prices of the items that you picked up. After that you can reply to our sales department email and confirm your order.

When payments should be made?

Since we have a big confidence in our clients… we can arrange payments to be made either before or after shipping the goods in order to meet your need. So you can simply contact our sales department and agree on payment time. Make sure that it will be arranged upon your needs.

What payment method you accept?

We accept bank transfer and if you prefer to pay by check you can mail us your check. All these issues will be decided with the sales department after confirming your order.

What shipping options are available? Where will my order be shipped from and when?

Holy Land arts Museum products are shipped from our factory in Bethlehem. In stock merchandise is shipped within 7 days after confirming your order. If a product is out of stock you will be immediately notified and will let you know how many days is needed to produce your order. We ship using EMS fast Israeli post. It is one of the best shipping agencies in our region… and with fair prices.

How much do you charge for shipping?

AS you send us your pro-forma order... We can estimate for you the shipping cost… and make sure that we only charge you for the amount paid for the post office… and we don’t charge for packing or any other type of costs…

Do you have other products than the ones listed on your online store?

Our collection of products is too big to be on out online store... we have a much bigger variety of items in our stores... Since we are keeping all the models that have been created in our factories since we started working in the year 1925… So please contact our sales department if you are looking for any item that you didn't find on our online store and we will send you its picture and all the information you ask for.

Are you able to produce custom products as to meet our specifications?

Our creative artists are able to reproduce custom designs to your specification as well as create samples and artwork (OEM)
